Defining Plyometrics

Plyometric exercises uses gravity to quickly achieve the maximum potential of your muscles. This is all about stored or potential energy found in the muscles. This energy is quickly harnessed to create another type of energy called kinetic energy, or energy-in-motion. The motion enables muscles to reach their optimal strength at the shortest period of time. Possessing the ability to rapidly use reactive force is the main objective.
