Technical Details 721001 Smokey Mountain Cooker
Holes are actually in line to mating parts, parts are well made, hardware is not cheaply plated and tools and time spent were minimal. This is my third smoker and it is so nice to have a heavier gauge porcelain unit with heavy duty grates. I cant say enough about how well its made! I tried a test run on a sunny but cool 60* day with three average size chickens and two large turkey breasts as they both had 4 hours or less cook times and I wanted to get a feel for the smoker and to monitor the water and charcoal use. I followed both the recipes from Weber 721001 Smokey Mountain Cooker 18.5-Inch Smoker Reviews Way to grill book. I highly recommend the book for techniques and recipes.
