Work Multiple Muscles
Workout Plans When I am working out I prefer to focus on exercises that work my total body, or at the very least work multiple muscle groups at once. Doing this is a great time saver. For instance I love doing pull-ups because they work everything from your shoulder, to your back to your core and by adjusting the grip you can quickly work a huge group of muscles. Other exercises that you can also do that work multiple muscle groups would be crunches, leg lifts and similar exercises. By mixing some cardio into your routine alongside those exercises you can get a total body workout much faster than working out individual muscle groups.
