Workout Plans There is a trick to getting bigger muscles in a relatively short amount of time (I say relatively because this is a process that will never happen over night). You can have tremendous gains in your muscle growth if you adopt a couple little changes to your workout routine. Specifically you need to change the type of workout you are doing, the length of your workouts, and the technique of your workouts. Okay by this I mean that the type should be a muscle confusion based routine, the length of each exercise should be until muscle failure, and towards the end you should up your weight to just a little bit more than you can handle and do some cheat reps.
