Wine Recipes
There are definitely some things you need to know about wine making befor you get started. That simple fact is the reason I always say you need to have some wine making recipes on hand for you to learn from. You will eventually outgrow the recipes and be able to adapt them into more interesting variaties or just come up with completely new ones on your own, but that is really not something you should try right from the start. If you try to make your own recipes from day one you will end up being really disappointed with the results and wil most likely lose your enthusiasm for this hobby and that would just be sad.
